Baby Palko

Baby Palko, infant child of Brad and Jennifer (Chadwick) Palko passed away shortly after birth Sunday (August 14, 2016) at O.S.F. St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.
The baby is survived by parents of Streator; two sisters, Ava and Aria; Maternal grandparents:  Mark & Sandy (Gilbert) Chadwick of Streator; Paternal grandparents Joe & Cheryl (Wells) Palko of Streator; two aunts:  Jessica (Andrew) Sears of Batavia and Crystal (Marcus) (Palko) Irvin of Streator; Maternal great grandfather, Jack (Ida) Gilbert of Streator Maternal great grandparents, Leslie & Sandra Chadwick of Eldon, MO.
The baby is preceded in death by a maternal great grandmother, Rose Bridgeforth and paternal great grandparents, Walter & Norena (Sullivan) Wells and Joseph & Joan (Roberts) Palko.
Private family services were held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Streator.  The Hagi Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Memorial may be directed to the Church of the Nazarene for the Childrens Playground Equipment.
