Tammy L. Lester

Tammy L. Lester, 57 of Streator passed away Monday, February 17, 2025 at her residence.

 She was born September 25, 1967 in Streator, a daughter of Alfred and Linda (Harrison) Lester.

 She is survived by her son, Colton (Ashley) Lester of Toluca; a granddaughter, Aubrey Lester; her mother and stepfather, Linda and Ron Yurko of Streator; two sisters, Laurie Lester and Brittany Lester, both of Streator; and two brothers, Ricky Lester and Bird Lester, both of Florida.

 She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Lester.

 Tammy graduated IVCC with an associate’s degree in criminal justice and had worked as a security.

 Tammy loved animals of all kinds. She enjoyed spending time fishing and going to concerts.

Cremation rites will be accorded, and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Hagi & Schultz Funeral Home, Streator is in charge of arrangements.
